Yet another girl who is lost in the world of distorted body image. I am not fat by far, 32-25-34 inches a weight of 45kg.
I need to be between 48-50 kg
gaining is way harder than losing i find.
My brain is packed with nutritional information about flat ab friendly foods to de-bloating remedies, as well as an encyclopedia of exercise regimes.
my main focus now, is to gain a healthy percentage of fat, considering i am under thus effects me greatly with having trouble staying warm and lack of energy, I am also focusing on re-toning my arms up :) so I can be fit, healthy and strong!
my current exercise i do at the moment is 3 days a week for 90 mins at the gym only 25 mins of that is cardio. the rest is strength training.
However I am starting to get back into doing gymnastics twice a week for 2 hrs as well as coaching gymnastics 10 hrs a week so I am a fairly active individual and like my lazy mornings :) Ask/Talk to me
